Provincial Project Coordinators

Rozan is accepting applications for the Provincial Project Coordinators for their Rabta Police Program in Quetta and Peshawar.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the program manager in planning and executing the project initiatives

• Networking and collaboration with cross-functional teams and coordination with provincial police establishments, judicial academies, and other provincial-level stakeholders

• Maintain linkages with Pakistan Forum for Democratic Policing (PFDP) and Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Alliance (EVAWG) in KP and Balochistan

• Planning, preparation, and execution of awareness campaigns, meetings, seminars, and training in addition to managing timelines and successful implementation of the project.
• Prepare project-related work plans, reports, budgets, and presentations

Eligibility Criteria: 

• 16 years of education combined with 7 years of experience in the development sector/projects related to gender equality or women empowerment

• Experience and familiarity with government departments and civil society in addition to the understanding of the working of police and judiciary and related sociopolitical context

• Strong networking, coordination, communication skills and experience in conducting and delivering training

• Comfortability with frequent traveling 

• Proficiency in MS Office suits, project management tools, and software

• Sensitivity towards gender and children issues

Project Officer Police Program

Rozan is accepting applications for the Project Officer Police Program for their Rabta Police Program in Quetta, Islamabad, and Peshawar.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the supervisor in planning and execution of the project initiatives 

• Strong networking, collaboration, and coordination with cross-functional teams, government agencies, lawyers, police, academia, media, community influencers, and civil society organizations

•  Assistance in carrying out the planning and organization of the awareness campaigns, workshops, seminars, meetings, and managing logistics

• Preparation and maintenance of documentation like meeting minutes, project summaries, and Briefing notes

• Assisting in collecting data and MoVs for the preparation of monthly progress reports
• Coordination with the project staff for the liaison with relevant stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:

• Document meeting minutes, project reports, summaries, briefing notes, success stories, and case studies related to the project activities

• Design and execute the plan for the visibility of the program interventions

• Collect project progress and communication visibility data and maintain a record of work plans, activity reports, and other project-related documents 

• Updating and management of project database

• Coordination and communication between the project manager and team members
• Maintain a record of tasks, conduct field visits, submit reports, and propose action plans to the project manager and M & E manager
• Assistance to the manager in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Project Officer (Woman)

Rozan is accepting applications for the Project Officer for their Rabta Police Program in Multan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and Conduct meetings with the relevant stakeholders during the database development 

• Coordination with the Project staff and the relevant departments 

• Design and development of queries from the database as per the needs of VAWC, maintaining proper records, documentation of all the activities, and smooth implementation of the plan to develop the database

• Provide assistance in gathering information on weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the donors

• Facilitation to VAWC Multan when required

Senior Counselor (Woman)

Rozan is accepting applications for the Senior Counselor in Islamabad.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person, telephonic, and written (Letters, emails, etc) counseling and conduct training and sessions on psychological support and psychological first aid

• Coordination and capacity building of the helplines through mentoring sessions and reading meetings

• Develop IEC material for GBV and psychological support and planning and execution of awareness campaigns

• Documenting activities and maintaining records in addition to the networking and advocacy related to mental health, psychological support, and GBV
