Mckinsey Forward Program 2023

Mckinsey Forward Program is a five-month free learning program designed to equip young talent with practical professional skills to excel in their career. Forward is a three-level learning journey to develop learners' innovative thinking, confidence, and professional leadership skills. Individuals will learn through online instruction through digital courses, discussion boards, virtual workshops, expert mentorship, and assignments with peer review and feedback. In this way, the individuals will acquire skills and learn about tools to transform workplace challenges into opportunities, find solutions, be adaptable, and build resilience to work independently and as a team. At the end of the program, the participants will receive a McKinsey Forward digital badge and join an exclusive global network of young, life-long learners. Over 190K young people from 70 countries have learned from the Forward career program and 78% of individuals experienced career growth within two months after completing the free learning from the expert mentors.

Program Design:

Foundation level: 8 weeks, two hours per week.

Advanced level: 12 weeks, two hours per week.

Network level: 18 months, ongoing optional activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant should be a citizen of the Middle East region (i.e. Libya, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon,  the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen) or Pakistan
• The applicant should be currently employed, self-employed, or in between jobs
• The applicant should have no more than five years of formal work experience
• The applicant should have completed post-secondary education/Undergraduate degree 
• The applicant should be proficient in the English Language
