Asian Development Bank (ADB) is accepting applications for one of its prestigious programs, the Young Professionals Program (YPP). Asian Development Bank is committed to eradicating poverty and achieving a prosperous, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable Asia and the Pacific. ADB provides young professionals an opportunity to grow professionally by building on their training and experience through the Young Professionals Program (YPP). This training and experience will ultimately result in their contribution to improving the lives of people in Asia and the Pacific. The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is an entry-level recruitment program designed for qualified and highly motivated individuals to develop professionally. YPP will not only elevate the professionals in terms of skills but also provide them a comprehensive understanding of ADB's operations, procedures, and policies. YPP will contribute to the accomplishment of the ADB's Strategy 2030.

Eligibility Criteria:
The applicants for YPP should meet the criteria listed below
- A university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environment, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or other areas related to ADB’s mandate and operations. (post-graduate level/equivalent is preferred).
- A PhD is required for Economists.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in any of the following fields: macro or development economics, climate change, commercial/investment banking or corporate investment, education, energy, environment, financial sector, public health, public-private partnership, rural development, transport, urban planning, water operations, and agriculture and natural resources (PhD will be considered in lieu of work experience).
- International experience in the above-mentioned areas will be a plus
- Be a national of one of the ADB Members
- The age should be 32 or below.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
