Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services is inviting applications for the currently available vacancies in the institute. The Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) came into being as an exclusive and independent research and capacity-building facility for parliamentarians, through an Act of Parliament on December 15, 2008.
The Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services has a vision of establishing an appropriate forum to equip parliamentarians with effective strategies and tools to perform their representative, legislative and oversight functions efficiently. PIPS works to provide high-quality, accurate, and result-oriented services to elected members and staff of the legislatures to promote parliamentary excellence in Pakistan.
PIPS aims to assist parliamentarians in devising informed policies by conducting independent research, leading professional development and orientation programs for elected parliamentarians and staff of the national parliament and provincial assemblies, gathering, organizing, and providing data to facilitate parliamentarians in their work, and providing technical support to parliamentarians.

Director General Capacity Building and Development

Eligibility Criteria:
- 16 years of education (Master/Equivalent) from an HEC recognized or foreign university
- Academic fields eligible for this post are Social/Management/Administrative Sciences
- 14 years of post-qualification experience in BS-17/Equivalent/Above in a government/semi-government/autonomous/well-reputed private organization
- Proven managerial and analytical skills demonstrated through management of high-profile initiatives, program analysis, and reporting skills
- Aged between 38-45 years
Deputy Director of Human Resources
