HISA Volunteer Forum 2023 in Turkey | Fully Funded International Volunteer Forum 2023

 

Here comes good news for volunteers across the globe. Applications for the International Volunteer Forum 2023 of Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA) are now open. The forum will be held in Istanbul, Turkiye! This will be a four-day event for volunteers, students, and Changemakers. The participants will come from across the globe to contribute to the positive impact through this forum. The purpose of this forum is to highlight the power of volunteerism and its importance in making the world a better place. 

The volunteer forum aims to engage future leaders in dialogue for the sake of a deeper understanding of sustainable development goals. This 2nd edition of the International Volunteer Forum (IVF) will gather volunteers, individuals, organizations, policymakers, and young leaders worldwide to explore innovative approaches to volunteerism, exchange ideas about policy reforms, and accelerate the volunteer contribution to SDGs. The forum will have inclusive workshops, presentations, panel discussions, and global networking opportunities leading to enhanced collaboration and learning for the participants. Moreover, the forum aims at acknowledging the efforts of youth through volunteer work to solve the issues in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Volunteers, social activists, students, and professionals are invited to attend the 4-day International Volunteer Forum (IVF) in Istanbul, Turkiye.

HISA will have:

• 15 Fully Funded Delegates (airfare, accommodation, meals, airport transfers, and conference access expenses will be covered by HISA).
• 40 Partially Funded Delegates (accommodation, meals, and conference access expenses will be covered by the respective organizations).

Specifications for the candidates are given below:

• Students, professionals, social workers, volunteers, changemakers, policymakers, and young leaders from any background can apply.
• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must be 18 years or above.
• The candidate must have a keen interest in social work, development & SDGs.

Application Procedure:

• The candidates have to apply through the official website.
• Complete the IVF 2023 registration form.
• Upload your picture and pictorial representation of your past social work.
• Complete the scholarship section if you’re applying for the Fully Funded spot.
• After the shortlisting and further evaluation, the list of fully funded delegates will be announced on August 25, 2023.
